No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using this site does not make you my client. Neither does filling out the questionnaire, sending an email, or calling my office. An attorney-client relationship with my office begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement. Even before you become a client, what you tell me in the questionnaire, by email, or by phone is protected by my professional duty of confidentiality, and I will not use or reveal it. Please still hold account numbers and your Social Security number until we have spoken.

The Questionnaire

The questionnaire is a free screening tool. It helps you and me see whether bankruptcy or federal student loan discharge might fit your situation. Its results are general information, not legal advice, and submitting it does not make you a client or obligate either of us.

No Warranties

I work to keep this site accurate and current, but I make no warranties about it. The site and its content are provided as is. Laws, dollar figures, and deadlines change, and any page is current only as of its stated date. If something on this site matters to your decision, confirm it with my office first.
